The Town of Avon will send a notification to you regarding the status of your application after the review process has begun. The review process typically commences two weeks after the announcement is posted or once a significant number of applicants have applied. Once the review process is completed the hiring supervisor will select the most qualified candidates to move forward with either a skills assessment or an interview.
