Town of Avon 40^th Anniversary Community Picnic Scheduled for Thursday, September 13^th

Event will include free food, beer and live music from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Avon, CO –The Town of Avon is proud to present the 40^th Anniversary Community Picnic on Thursday, September 13^th at Harry A. Nottingham Park. The picnic will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with free food and drink provided by the Town on a first-come, first-served basis. Live music will be provided by Frisco Funk Collective. The picnic will provide community members with an opportunity to offer comments and suggestions about various topics and to meet members of the Avon Town Council and Town staff.

In addition to the community picnic, citizens are encouraged to share their ideas, concerns and suggestions at any time by emailing the Town Council at avoncouncilweb@avon.org.
