Sun Road Closed to Thru Traffic on Monday, August 6th

Avon, CO - Sun Road will be closed to thru traffic beginning Monday, August 6th to facilitate utility construction inherent to the Beaver Creek Boulevard Streetscape Improvements Project.  The duration of the closure will be approximately three days.  Access to Sun Road and the adjacent businesses from Avon Road will be maintained, however Sun Road will be closed at the intersection with Beaver Creek Boulevard. Work will be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Motorists may encounter minor delays and are asked to remain patient and to please allow additional travel time.
