Town of Avon Nottingham Road Sidewalk Project is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 12th 

Motorists may encounter minor delays and are asked to remain patient and to please allow additional travel time

Construction of the Town of Avon - Nottingham Road Sidewalk Project is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 12, 2018. The Project consists of the addition of approximately 650’ of sidewalk and concrete curb and gutter along the north side of Nottingham Road west of Buck Creek Road.  The project includes asphalt milling and overlay of Nottingham Road adjacent to the new sidewalk. Work will be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The Project will require temporary lane closures during construction and traffic control will be in place.  Motorists may encounter minor delays and are asked to remain patient and to please allow additional travel time.
