Planning and Zoning Commission set to Review Hotel Project on November 1^st

Avon, CO – The Planning and Zoning Commission (“PZC”) will conduct a public hearing and review a Major Development Plan Application submitted by Treadstone Development, LLC on November 1^st. The meeting is expected to begin at approximately 5:30 p.m. and will take place at Avon Town Hall. The Major Development Plan is for the development of a 142-unit hotel project, 4 condominiums, and supporting retail space on the Main Street Pedestrian Mall. The Application materials include a written narrative, design plan set, and miscellaneous technical reports including a parking study and drainage report. After reviewing the Application materials, Staff’s analysis, and public input, the PZC will forward a recommendation to the Town Council.
