Public Hearing for 2016 Recreational Trails Master Plan
Request for Continuance

Avon, CO – Mayor Jennie Fancher will be representing next Tuesday, October 25^th, a request by Councilor Matt Gennett to continue the public hearing for Second Reading to adopt the 2016 Recreational Trails Master Plan.   The request is being made due to the anticipated absence of Councilor Gennett at next Tuesday’s meeting due to a scheduling conflict. Should the request for continuance be approved, the public hearing and Second Reading of the Ordinance will be recommended for notice on the January 10, 2017, agenda. Should the Council choose to take action on Tuesday, the Ordinance includes from First Reading approval of the “M” trails, P8 and  the removal of the Pump Track in Harry A. Nottingham Park and Metcalf Drainage trails.  The Ordinance can be found at www.avon.org/towncouncilpackets.
