Town of Avon 2016 Summer Festivals and Events Line-Up

Avon, CO – The Town of Avon’s 2016 summer events and festivals offer an expansive mix of music and cultural events at the Harry A. Nottingham Pavilion and on the Main Street Mall. “Last year we hosted our first free community concerts, which were a great success, bringing our locals from Town as well as from around the valley for these lively social evenings,” observed Mayor Jennie Fancher.  She continued, “The full event schedule over the course of the summer highlighted how valuable it is for the community to gather around good music and good food.  In 2016, we are able to build on this success, setting the grounds for what we hope will be a longstanding tradition during the summer.”

The Town kicks off the event calendar this weekend with the fifth annual Reds, Whites & Brews Festival.  Next weekend brings the inaugural year of the CoverRock Tribute Music Festival.  Dates and times for this three-day cover band festival follows, with a complete listing of all events.
