Town of Avon Community Picnic Scheduled for Thursday, September 16^th

Event will include free food, beer and live music from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

 
Avon, CO – The Town of Avon is proud to present the third annual Community Picnic on Thursday, September 16^th at Harry A. Nottingham Park. The picnic will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with free food and drink provided by the Town on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be limited quantities of burgers, hot dogs, and fixings as well as ice-cold beer, non-alcoholic beverages and guests may bring their own beverages as long as they are not in a single-use plastic or glass bottle. There will be a free water fill station as well.  To enjoy free beer, guests are asked to bring their 21+ identification.

Live music will be provided by a collection of local musicians. The picnic is open to well-behaved, leashed pets, and will provide the community with an opportunity to gather and celebrate the fall season.
