Avon Arts Celebration
July 23 - 25, 2021

 
The second annual Avon Arts Celebration takes place this weekend on Lake Street and in Harry A. Nottingham Park. The three-day outdoor event features juried artists from across the nation representing painting, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics and much more.

Hours of Event:  Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Saturday:  10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: Lake Street and Harry A. Nottingham Park
 
Avon Transit Modifications

• The Lake Street Bus Stop will be closed until further notice.  Please use the bus stop on Mikaela Way which is located adjacent to the Recreation Center.

• Avon Transit buses will not service the Lake Street stop starting Thursday, July 22 through Sunday, July 25^th at 11:30 p.m.

• All other Avon Transit bus stops will operate as normally scheduled Avon Transit will stay on schedule as conditions permit

 
Temporary Road Closures

• Lake Street will be closed from the Avon Recreation Center north lot beginning Thursday, July 22^nd through Sunday, July 25^th at 11:30 p.m.

 
Parking 

• Free on street parking is available as well as at the Avon Recreation Center, Avon Elementary School Parking and Beaver Creek Bear parking lots.
