Weekly Art Expo Returns to Avon’s Possibilities Plaza on Wednesdays!

Avon, CO –The Possibilities in Avon: Weekly Art Expo is every Wednesday this summer through September 1^st.  This weekly art show is every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is held on the Town of Avon's "Possibilities Plaza" and features up to 20 artist booths. We invite you to stroll through Avon and discover great artists with amazing works.

This week’s featured artist is Paul Nzalamba, hailing from Los Angeles, whose work is African Batiks on cotton. The artwork is based on themes of universal values such as family, friendship, hope, happiness, peace, and love.

Special musical guest for July 21^st is Colorado classical guitarist Darren Curtis Skanson. His guitar has a timeless classical sound with familiar melodies and fresh new compositions that all lean to the gentle and melodic side of Classical. Darren has charted on Billboard with two of his CD's, Classica and Solamente Romanz, and was the most requested guitarist on Beethoven radio with his composition “Rondo For Michael.”
