Special Edition AvonLIVE! Free Concert Series this Saturday, July 18^th  with Frisco Funk Collective

New special addition to free community concerts in Avon

Avon, CO – We invite you to join us for a Special Edition AvonLIVE! at the Avon Performance Pavilion in Harry A. Nottingham Park on Saturday, July 18^th.  The Frisco Funk Collective will take the stage at 6:00 p.m. providing a high-energy, funk-fueled evening of live music. Named the 2018 Best Band in the Best of Summit review, Frisco Funk Collective has grown to be the premier high Rockies powerhouse of funk.

Avon is the place to catch live music this summer in the stunning outdoor setting at Nottingham Park. “The community is really enjoying the AvonLIVE! series this summer and Avon wanted to provide another opportunity to support our local musicians and bring the community together," said Danita Dempsey, CASE Manager for the Town of Avon. “The physical distancing requirements and Codes of Conduct will continue to be in place, and we will have staff on site to provide a safe environment,” she continued.

Special Edition AvonLIVE! is free to the public, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own food and beverage to enjoy, as there will not be concessions available. Please remember to bring a full water bottle. Please no glass bottles in the park.

Transportation & Parking: The use of public transportation is encouraged, as well as walking or riding a bike to the park. Free parking is available.
