The ARC will hold its annual punch card sale starting Sunday, November 11 through Sunday, November 18.

The ARC will be offering up to a 15% discount on all punch cards including the group fitness rider duing the annual punch card sale. "The Group Fitness Rider provides access to all group fitness classes including spin," said Danita Chirichillo, Fitness Supervisor." The ARC offers over thirty hours each week of group fitness classes to include a wide range of yoga, spin, aerobics-based classes and sculpting-based classes.

In an effort to stay current with the fitness industry and new technology, the ARC added five brand new TechnoGym upper body strength equipment pieces which offer the luxury of independent arm movement. "The ARC is continually looking to our mission statement to guide us while we improve our facility and programming with state-of-the-art equipment and quality youth and adult programming," said Meryl Jacobs, Director of Recreation and Cultural Services.
