Saturday, July 14th: Team Evergreen Bicycle Club’s Triple Bypass Bike Ride
Heavy bicycle traffic should be expected on Highway 6 from Vail and continue to West Beaver Creek Blvd as Triple Bypass riders make their finish in Harry A. Nottingham Park in Avon on the lower field. Please proceed with caution in these areas. The heaviest bicycle traffic is expected between 2:30 and 6:00 p.m. Traffic will also be affected around the finish area near Avon Elementary and Nottingham Park.
There will be no close-in parking around the finish venue and parking is not permitted on West Beaver Creek Blvd. or the Aspen Trailer Home Park across from Avon Elementary. Vehicles may be ticketed and/or towed if parked in these areas. Rider pick up and parking is available at the Bear Parking Lot located on Highway 6 and a short walking distance from the finish. Sunday, July 15th: Team Evergreen Bicycle Club’s Triple Bypass Bike Ride
On Sunday, July 15th riders participating in the second-leg of the Double Triple Bypass will start from Avon where the finish is being held. Heavy bicycle traffic should be expected on West Beaver Creek Blvd throughout the morning and will continue on Highway 6 to Vail, the heaviest of which should be expected between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
There will be no close-in parking at the start and parking is not permitted on West Beaver Creek Blvd. or at the Aspen Trailer Home Park across from Avon Elementary. Vehicles may be ticketed and/or towed in these areas. Rider drop off and parking is available at the Bear Parking lot located on Highway 6 and a short walking distance from the finish.
