The Town of Avon is soliciting requests for proposals to lease Recreation
Center space for the purpose of providing health and wellness related services.
The Town of Avon Recreation Department, 90 Lake Street, Avon, CO will receive bids for facility rental until 2:00 p.m. on February 24, 2011, at which time all bids will be publicly opened. Detailed specifications may be obtained from the Avon Recreation Center at the above address Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and will also be available for download on the Recreation Department’s website, www.avonrec.org. During the evaluation process, The Town of Avon reserves the right to reject any and all bids / or negotiate with the low bidder when it is in the best interest if the Town.

The service provider proposal is prepared at its own cost and expense. The Town will not pay any costs or expenses associated with the preparation or submission of
a proposal.

A mandatory pre-proposal bid meeting will take place at the Avon Recreation Center on January 18, 2010 at 4:30 pm. Attendance is required for all those wishing to submit a proposal.
