The Town of Avon is thrilled to offer two weekends of amazing art at the third annual Avon Arts Celebration in Harry A. Nottingham Park on July 22-24 and July 29-31, 2022. Last year, the Avon Arts Celebration was the biggest art show in Avon featuring a “who’s who” of top-quality touring fine artists.
This year there will be 125 artists over the two weekends featuring juried works in several mediums to include printmaking, ceramics, mixed media, jewelry, wood, fiber, and photography. Whether you're looking for that perfect painting for your new home, a collector’s piece for the entryway, a beautiful one-of-a kind jewelry design or handcrafted pottery piece, the Avon Arts Celebration has just the object of art for you.
New this year, guests can enter to win a $1,000 art festival shopping spree on Saturday, July 23rd and Saturday, July 30th. To enter, guests are invited to the Avon Arts Celebration on Friday, July 22nd or Saturday, July 23rd before 12:00 p.m. and ask any artist for a free entry ticket. Then put your “STUB IN THE TUB” at the ColoradoArtWeekend.com booth. Winners must be present for the drawing at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 23rd. The winner will get to peruse and select art from any artist or combination of artists in the show up to $1,000!
The Avon Arts Celebration is a plastic-free event so please bring your own fillable water bottle,” stated Danita Dempsey, Culture, Arts & Special Events Manager for the Town of Avon. Please no glass bottles in the park.
