Landscaping Ordinance 23-01

At the public hearing held on February 28, 2023, the Avon Town Council voted to adopt new landscaping regulations that aim to reduce wildfire risk and increase our water efficiency. These changes are officially in effect now that the 30-day posting period has passed; a copy of the new ordinance can be found here temporarily until it is reflected in our Municipal Code. For any questions or concerns, please reach out to our Community Development Department.
