This class is all about you and baby!  The class informal and will be full of laughter!  Feel free to ask questions throughout or to  stop and soothe, feed, and change your baby.

You can bring anything that you feel will help for a more comfortable experience with you and baby.  This is absolutely no pressure or expectation for you baby to "behave" in a certain way.
This class welcome your baby just as she or he is!

Baby'n Me Yoga is an Opportunity to:
