Once again, the Town of Avon is proud to present Plum TV's Dunk-N-Dash Duathlon Series for 2010.

- Dates: July 12, 19, 26 & August 2, 9
- Time: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
- Pre-Registration Fee: $62 for all five; $15 for one; closes on-line (active.com) at 5:00 p.m. the day before and at ARC at 7:00 p.m. the day before.
- Race Day Registration: $20 at the ARC until 4:00 p.m; on-site at 5:00 p.m. for $20 cash only
- Individual registration form; team registration form; Active.com
- Individual athletes or teams can register for one event or for the entire series. Teams are not eligible for the points series or cash purse.
- Swimmers in the Dunk-N-Dash can opt to make one or two 800-yard laps around the Nottingham Lake.
- The 5K run starts and finishes at the Lake’s pump-house. The route runs north around Nottingham Lake, follows the path to Avon Elementary, and turns onto the scenic river recreation path. At “Bob the Bridge," runners turn around and return on the same path detouring to the south side of the lake for the finish line.
