The Planning Division provides daily customer service to the public, resort guests, and development community.
We are also advocates and stewards for the community by demonstrating integrity, respect, pride, honesty and consistent dependability in our daily work.
We are charged with understanding all aspects of the following:
- Town’s land use regulations
- Design review guidelines
- Subdivision requirements
- Master planning documents
The Planning Division also operates and maintains the deed restricted housing program for approximately 100 units within the Town of Avon.
