Planning Division, Building Division, Code Enforcement Division, Mapping Division.

All applications and forms are located in the Community Development Document Center.

3. What are the fees associated with building and planning reviews?

The set planning fees are located in the Fee Schedule.
The building fees are determined by the Chief Building Official and are based upon a percentage of the total valuation of all improvements.

4. How does the Town of Avon identify my property?

The Town uses your legal lot and block of your subdivision to uniquely identify your property. The Eagle County Assessor’s Office has a searchable online database to obtain your legal description.
