Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge Coming to
Harry A. Nottingham Park June 20-22

 

Nottingham Beach will have temporary closures on Thursday and Friday


Avon, CO – This week, Avon will host the Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge (PPPIDC) at Harry A. Nottingham Park, from Thursday, June 20th through Saturday, June 22nd. This nationally televised event showcases some of the best dogs in the country competing in a variety of canine sports. Come out and watch dogs of all breeds compete in events like the Incredible Mountain Dog Competition, Agility, Diving Dog, Flying Disc, Fetch It, Jack Russell Hurdle Racing and more! Bleacher seating and free admission is available for spectators, and well-behaved dogs on leash are welcome!

As part of the Avon PPPIDC, Nottingham Beach will close between 11:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 20th and again between 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21st. These closures are due to the Incredible Mountain Dog Competition (MDC) obstacle course. Spectators are welcome to watch, including well-behaved, leashed dogs.
